No, unlike others companies we do not outsource work to third party; we are exclusive online IT repair service organization therefore quality service remains our focal point. We have our in-house professional who work in state of the art lab and consistently work on the new technology laptops. The professionals are verified & trained in-house and are on the payroll of Vdalph.

As we offer exclusive IT repair Service, you could place a service request on our site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary downloads of apps, calls or messages from us.

We operate between 9 a.m to 7 p.m, 7 days a week.

In case the device is not repairable, a minimum visiting charge might be applicable however the inspection charge is only applicable if the device is repairable and you choose to NOT go ahead with the repair after inspection. There is a nominal fee between Rs. 200 to Rs.400 towards visiting/inspection charges. Please check the charges in your city while booking a job.

Once you schedule an appointment with us online, you will be contacted by our team for confirmation. This will be followed up by a Unique Tracking Number. Our executive will arrive at scheduled time  to pick up. An estimate cost of repair will be shared. On your approval, repair work will be done and delivered at your door-step.

Our professional can handle any type of brand for Laptops including Apple, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba, Asus, Sony, Compaq, Samsung, HP, IBM, LG and Dell laptop repair in Hyderabad.

A job sheet will be presented to you at the time of pickup. Please validate the Screen, RAM & HDD with your signature before you sign the job sheet. Please do not hand over your laptop if the Pickup/Delivery person does not provide you with a Job Sheet. Original Job Sheet needs to be presented at the time of delivery of laptop.

Put in your instructions in the “description column” part of your order form online and we’ll handle it. You can also explain it to our Technician during pickup. Whatever it is, make a note and we’ll treat the item according to your wish.

Don’t stress yourself out over security reasons as your safety is always on the top of our list. Your data is 100% safe with us.

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking… As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service.

Absolutely yes, VDALPH has tie-ups with trusted payment gateways such as PayU, PayTM, etc. Hence it is 100% safe to make online payment

We maintain full transparency and ensure that you get details of all work done on your laptop. Our engineers have trained and experienced mechanics and use authorized genuine spare parts and accessories. To backup our service quality, there is extensive rework assurance post completion as well as free 1 month service warranty on all services done through us.

If the laptop was just inspected and no services were availed, you will be entitled to an inspection charge of Rs. 249 for windows machine and 449 for apple laptop and iMac.

Customer can login with their mobile number and check update on product with our online tracking feature. There will be a single helpline number to contact for any queries and updates to avoid the hassle of contacting multiple people for different issues.

Our technical team will share updates with the Customer with the help of our online tracking feature that shoot up message as and when there is a progress on device.

Typically, laptops that we pick up before 12 pm, are delivered the same day and laptops picked up after that are delivered the next day. The motherboard repair (dead revival) will take slightly longer because of the complicated process involved. There could be cases where a repair or spares procurement takes more time than anticipated. We will keep you informed in such cases.

We strongly discourage any direct contact with our Service expert regarding a job booked through us, as in such cases VDALPH has no control over the situation or condition. All warranty and service assurance offered by Vdalph, in such case, stands null & void.

It is absolutely safe for you to trust our IT experts as all our IT Experts go through a round of background verification before inducting them into our operations.  However, you are advised to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our IT expert. Vdalph will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.

We have transparent rate cards visible on the Website. Rate cards have prices for most of our services. For certain services, it is important for our IT Experts to make an inspection of your gadget, evaluate the scope of work and then give prices. What you see is what you get on Vdalph laptop repair lab.

Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skill-set required and time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.

All our rates laptop repair services are only for Labor Charges. They do not include the cost of materials. Our technician will tell you what all materials (spare parts) is required for the job. You can choose to buy the materials yourself, or we will buy the same for you. Always insists for bills, in the later case. Once your device problem is diagnosed, an estimate cost of repair is updated on website.

We provide you the option of both genuine spare parts and compatible parts. Warranty for parts would depend on your choice (genuine/compatible) during the service. Please check with IT expert on the same during the service.

Software Fixes/Installation – 7 days. Hardware repairs – 30 days. Warranty on spare parts would be as per manufacturer.  However there is no warranty on burn and physical damage.

Once you have accepted the quote and the job has started you cannot cancel the job.

All services are insured up to Rs 10,000/- (Applicable only if the problem is non repairable by vdalph and was caused due to service provided by vdalph). In case of damage to device we would be liable only for the part vdalph has worked on and not the entire machine. This decision is based on the sole discretion of VDALPH. A state of the art Lab along with technical support call centre is set up in each city where all the work is taken care. All our Service engineers are always on the move, and travel throughout the day for multiple jobs, so it is difficult for us to provide service Centre Details.
